Policies

1. Goss Avenue Antiques & Interiors is not a flea market or craft gallery.? Merchandise should be of accepted "antique age" and/or of unique or collectible value.

2. Mall management has sole authority over the approval and acceptance of all merchandise offered for sale.

3. All merchandise must be checked in or out by our staff utilizing our inventory control procedures.

4. All merchandise must be properly tagged and priced according to our guidelines.

5. A dealer application and?indemnification release?are required for all dealers.? We recommend proper insurance for your contents and liability but is not a rental requirement.? [Find out more]

6. Booth maintenance is the dealer's responsibility.? Cleaning services are available at additional cost.

7. Electrical cords, power strips, lamps, and other appliances are subject to management's approval.

8. No more than two lamps may be lit per 200 sq. ft. without prior authorization.? All lamps must use CFL bulbs which are available from our office at cost.? Upon sale we will detach and save the light bulbs for you and future use.

9. Our "dealer's committee"?is the preferred voice and sounding-board for issues and suggestions related to the operation of our mall.
